Infranity Team

Sacha began his career at the United Nations, joining the Geneva office in 2001 before moving to ESG/sustainable investment adviser Vigeo Eiris in Paris.
In 2007, following further studies, he joined Bayerische Landesbank New York branch as an associate in their project finance department, with investment and portfolio management responsibilities across the US and Latin American markets, covering transactions in renewables, energy, and transportation.
Sacha moved to BNP Paribas CIB in London in 2010, joining the infrastructure team as an associate, with responsibility for the execution of debt financing and advisory mandates, primarily related to acquisition financing of infrastructure corporates, and project financings in the European market.
In 2013, Sacha joined and was subsequently promoted to heading the renewable energy project finance team as an executive director at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in London, where he implemented the bank's growth strategy in the renewable energy sector for the EMEA region and grew SMBC's market position as a lender and financial adviser within the sector.
Sacha joined Infranity in 2018 and is Head of Investment Debt within the investment team.
Sacha is a graduate of the University of York (BA) and Columbia University (MIA), and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Stefan started his career in 2006 at the World Bank, advising on infrastructure projects in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, before moving to Cambridge Economic Policy Associates (‘CEPA’) in London in 2007. At CEPA he focused on financial and economic advice in the energy, social infrastructure and utility sectors, both for UK and Emerging Markets clients. In 2009 Stefan joined Arup’s transaction advisory team where he was a senior consultant supporting infrastructure investors with commercial due diligence on European M&A transactions, in particular transport and regulated infrastructure assets. In 2011 he moved to Investec’s Power and Infrastructure team in London as an associate, where he focused on European lending and debt advisory, particularly on power and renewables, and digital infrastructure transactions. He was most recently a Senior Director and part of the London leadership team responsible for client coverage, structuring and execution of a wide range of debt financings solutions. Stefan joined Infranity in 2022 and is currently Investment Managing Director. Stefan is a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has a Master’s degree in International Economics and Development from Johns Hopkins University, SAIS and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Nicolas began his career in 2013 at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in London as a project finance analyst. Nicolas worked there until 2015, where he was involved in financing and debt advisory transactions in Europe in various sub-sectors of infrastructure (including transport, gas, and waste treatment). He then joined Macquarie Infrastructure Debt Investment Solutions in London as part of the investment team where he participated in debt investments in the toll roads, airports, utilities, and renewable energy sub-sectors for clients in Europe.
Nicolas joined the investment team of Infranity in 2018.
Nicolas is a graduate of École des Mines de Saint Étienne and holds a masters in finance from IAE Saint-Étienne.

Garbiñe Unda Barturen began her career in 2016 at BBVA Bank in Spain where she completed the Corporate and Investment Banking Graduate Program that enabled her to work across a wide variety of products and sectors, including project finance, real estate, portfolio management and corporate financing. She was then hired in 2017 as Project Finance Global Energy Analyst where she was involved in water and energy projects in Chilean and Spanish markets.
Garbiñe joined Infranity in 2018 as an investment associate and since January 2024, she is Director in the Infrastructure Debt team.
Garbiñe holds a degree in Business Administration from Deusto Business School (Bilbao, Spain).

Georgios joined Infranity in 2021 as Vice President and was promoted to Investment Director in 2023.
Georgios started his career at Vinci Group in 2015, before moving to the Infrastructure and Transportation department of the Caisse des Dépôts Group in 2017 focusing on equity and quasi-equity investments in national infrastructure and mobility. In 2018, Georgios joined NatWest in London as an infrastructure and project finance associate, covering debt advisory and lending across corporate and project finance structures with a focus on utilities, transportation, telecom and renewable energy sectors.
Georgios graduated as a civil engineer (double degree) from École des Ponts ParisTech and National Technical University of Athens, and holds a master’s degree in infrastructure project finance.

Julien began his career in 2016 in the M&A department of Natixis Partners before joining the French representation to the OECD in Paris as an intern advisor. In 2018, he joined Crédit Agricole CIB in London as part of the infrastructure team where he was in charge of building financial models for several major players in the sector.
In 2019, he joined VINCI Concessions in Paris as a junior project manager where he worked on the construction, review and optimization of financial models for several large-scale acquisition projects, notably in the airport sector.
Julien joined Infranity in September 2020 as an analyst and was promoted to associate in March 2021.
Julien is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and HEC.

Marie began her career in 2015 with several internships at Santander CIB in the M&A department, then at Société Générale CIB in Telecom Finance.
In 2018, she joined Société Générale as a project finance analyst in the energy and infrastructure sector in Milan.
There she worked on important transactions for the Italian energy and telecom infrastructure markets, such as the structuring and financing of the largest fiber network in Europe and the acquisition financing of the third-largest photovoltaic operator in Europe.
In May 2021, she joined Infranity as an associate in the investment team.
Marie is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and the Getulio Vargas Foundation (Brazil).

Ryan Lewis began his career in 2017 as a graduate at Santander’s retail bank. One year later, he joined Santander CIB where he worked as a graduate in the Structured Finance Risk and Project Finance teams. In 2019 he joined the Corporate Finance team as an analyst before becoming an associate, working on the origination and execution of corporate finance opportunities, primarily in the Renewable Energy and Infrastructure sectors. There, he worked on a number of high-profile transactions including the sale of the world’s largest operational offshore wind farm and a £1.2bn rights issue for one of the top UK airlines. In April 2022, Ryan joined Infranity as an associate within the investment team.
Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Civil engineering from Cardiff University. During his studies, he worked for one year in the Structural Engineering team of EM Highways, now Kier.

Marion began her career in 2019 with an internship at Swiss Life Asset Managers in the Infrastructure Private Equity team in Zurich. In 2020, she joined KPMG as an Infrastructure and Project Finance analyst in Paris. There she advised different private consortiums on important transactions in the waste treatment and energy markets in France. In February 2022, she joined Infranity as an analyst in the investment team. Marion is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland).

Wei began his career in 2020 as an M&A intern at Messier & Associés working on Energy and Utility transactions. In 2021, he joined the Project Finance and Modelling team at Deloitte in Paris as an analyst before becoming an associate. There he worked on project financing and M&A advisory, primarily in the Renewable Energy sector. In January 2023, Wei joined Infranity as an analyst within the investment team. Wei has a master’s degree in finance from ESCP.

Jeremy began his career in 2019 with several internships at Credit Agricole CIB in Coverage and at Eolfi as Financial Analyst in renewable projects. In 2021, he joined BNP Paribas as a Project Finance intern in Paris, he then transferred to the London offices in January 2022 as an Infrastructure and Project Finance analyst. Jeremy worked on important transactions in the Telecom infrastructure and transport sector in Europe. In February 2023, he joined Infranity as an analyst in the investment team. Jeremy holds a master in Banking & Finance from the University Paris-Dauphine.

Louis Wrenn joined Infranity in 2023 as an analyst in the debt investment team.
Louis initiated his career in 2021 as an intern in Infranity’s investment team, contributing to various transactions in the energy transition and digital transformation sectors.
Louis is a graduate of Loughborough University.

Samy started his carrer in 1994 at C2G Conseil, an advisory firm, working on public debt audits in emerging countries on behalf of the World Bank, the European Commission (European Development Fund) and the Agence Française de Développement.
In 1998, he moved to Credit Agricole CIB as Credit Risk Officer in the Structured Finance division dedicated to Project Finance, Ship and Aircraft financing, Real Estate and LBO transactions. In 2001, he moved to the Project Finance Department becoming Head of the Project Evaluation Team.
In 2007, he was appointed Head of Portfolio Management for Project Finance. He was also in charge of the Equator Principles division, advising structuring teams and reviewing compliance on environmental and social aspects. In 2014, in addition to his Portfolio Management responsibilities, he took the role of General Secretary of the Energy and Infrastructure Group.
Samy joined Infranity in July 2023 as Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Management.
Samy is graduate of Sciences Po Grenoble and has a Master’s Degree in Development Economics and Cooperation from Sorbonne University.

Anouch started her career in 2006 at Accuracy as an analyst, where she gained strong financial expertise, becoming Transactions Support Manager in 2011.
She then joined Alstom as an investor relations manager, where her role involved preparing the group’s quarterly publications for financial markets, answering analysts’ and investors’ requirements and assisting senior management with investor roadshows.
In 2015, Anouch joined Vinci Concessions as a Structured Finance Manager, responsible for all financial aspects of bid preparation, fund raising and tender submissions for road and airport concession projects.
After 3 years with Vinci, she joined the Agence Française de Développement, where she worked as a portfolio manager focusing on project finance in French overseas territories, health sector companies and investment funds and banks in emerging markets.
Anouch joined Infranity as Portfolio Manager in 2021.
Anouch is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, Sciences Po Paris, and the French Ecole Nationale d’Administration.

Mélanie started her career in 2010 at Dexia Crédit Local as Portfolio Manager of an international portfolio of structured finance deals in the energy sector with a focus on renewables.
She then evolved within Dexia Crédit Local becoming Manager – Workout and Special situations in 2013, where her role involved evaluating the restructuring options of distressed project finance deals, negotiating with the parties involved and implementing the solutions.
In 2017, she became Senior Portfolio Manager for international project finance deals in the infrastructure sector with a focus on PPP/PFI.
Mélanie joined Infranity as Portfolio Manager in 2022.
Mélanie is a graduate of Sciences Po Lyon and the ESSEC Business School.

Marianne joined Infranity as a Portfolio Manager in November 2023.
Marianne embarked on her career in 2008 at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as an Export Finance analyst, specializing in structuring transactions covered by Export Credit Agencies in the EMEA and Asia region. She later transitioned to the Project Finance Portfolio Management team, dedicating 9 years to numerous project finance deals across the entire EMEA region and various sectors including Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure. During this period, Marianne focused on ESG matters, ensuring transactions aligned with Equator Principles standards.
Marianne is a graduate of ESCP Business School and holds a master’s degree in Business Law from Nanterre University.

From 1993 to 2005, Jaime worked for investment bank Schroders and, after its acquisition by Salomon Smith Barney, (leading to the rebranding to Citigroup) he focused on financing and private M&A in the infrastructure sector. He also analyzed equity investments in infrastructure as principal.
Throughout the years 2006 to 2017, Jaime worked as an investment director at EISER, an independent infrastructure equity fund manager (initially part of ABN Amro) in London and became a partner in 2010. He originated and managed investments in gas and electricity networks, renewable energy and transportation. In 2017, Jaime moved from EISER to 3i Investments, where he worked for 18 months as a senior advisor on the origination, execution and asset management of investments for 3i’s infrastructure funds. In 2019 he worked briefly as an independent consultant to Brookfield Infrastructure UK Limited on the strategic, commercial and financial analysis of several assets in the Spanish infrastructure sector.
Jaime Hector joined Infranity in 2019, first as an investment consultant and was promoted to Managing Director in 2020, leading the equity investment activity.
Jaime graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a holds a master's degree in Business Administration from IESE, University of Navarra.

Louis-Roch started his career in 1998 as a civil servant at the Ministry of Finance, prior to joining the recently created VINCI Group. Within the group, Louis-Roch was successively advisor to the CEO, held various operational management positions at VINCI Energies, and then became the CEO of VINCI Concessions and a member of the Group’s Executive Committee for 7 years.
Louis-Roch left VINCI in 2014 to join the investment team of privately owned fund manager LBO France for a year, before becoming the CEO of SAUR in 2016.
At SAUR, a leader in water and waste municipal services, he finalized the exit from the waste sector, pushed the redevelopment of international activities and led the sale process to a leading Infrastructure fund.
In 2020, he became the CEO of CNIM Group, a listed, family-owned business, active in waste management and large industrial components, under restructuring.
Louis-Roch brings his wide operational and strategic experience, from successfully managing large infrastructure corporate companies, as well as his deep commitment to ensuring the sustainable development of infrastructure projects to Infranity.”

Graduate of Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (Major Finance), Masters Degree in Public Management from Paris Dauphine University, and graduate from the Ecole Nationale d'Administration as an Inspecteur des Finances

Romain started his career in 2007 at ABN AMRO (Graduate Program). Subsequently, he held investment banking roles at RBS’s Power & Utilities and Infrastructure teams between 2008 and 2010 and then at Société Générale M&A team between 2010 and 2013. Romain moved to InfraVia Capital Partners in 2013, where he spent more than 8 years as an Investment Director. He was responsible for originating and executing transactions in the European mid-cap infrastructure space. He is bringing substantial infrastructure buy-side experience with a strong expertise in digital assets. Romain joined Infranity in 2022 as an Executive Director, supporting Infranity's increased activities in Equity transactions. Romain graduated from the EM Lyon Business School and holds a Master’s degree of Science in Management.

Ana joined Infranity in 2023 as a Vice President, contributing the firm’s expanded activities in equity transactions.
Ana initiated her career in 2009 at NYSE Euronext, specializing in trading floor operations. Subsequently, she transitioned to an investment banking role at Société Générale M&A Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Ana joined Denham Capital, where she oversaw the execution and asset management of power investments in Emerging Markets, primarily Africa and Latam.
By 2019, she became part of Aviva Investors Equity Infrastructure team, where her responsibilities included originating and executing transactions in the UK and European mid-cap infrastructure space. With over 8 years of experience in infrastructure buy-side roles, Ana has developed a robust expertise in renewables and energy transition sectors.
Ana holds a degree in Economics from St Francis College in New York and a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University.

Pierre-Alexandre Buil started his career in 2017 at Barclays, providing investment banking services including M&A and debt advisory to strategic and financial investors. Until 2018 he was based in the Barclays Paris office covering French clients. He then joined the London-based Power, Utilities & Infrastructure team covering clients across Europe. Pierre-Alexandre has over 5 years of experience in investment banking and in the infrastructure sector.
In 2021 Pierre-Alexandre joined Infranity as an associate within the investment team.
Pierre-Alexandre is a graduate engineer of CentraleSupélec and holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School.

Guglielmo began his career in 2020 as a Corporate Finance Graduate at Deutsche Bank in London, covering the position of Analyst in the Infrastructure and Utilities M&A team. During his time there, he originated and executed a number of core and core+ opportunities in the large-cap landscape, including one of the most notable takeovers in the UK market (£4bn+). Guglielmo joined Infranity in 2022 as an Investment Associate in the Equity team. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Bocconi University. During his studies, he interned at Pininfarina S.p.A. in the OEM Engineering team.

Manon started her career in 2019 with two internships, in Transaction Services at Mazars in Paris and in Private Debt investment at ODDO BHF in Frankfurt. She then joined Access Capital Partners, a generalist infrastructure fund in Paris, as part of a training contract alongside her final year of studies.
In 2021, she joined RGREEN INVEST and worked on energy transition and renewable energy infrastructure transactions, with two notable pan-European IPP investments. In March 2023, Manon joined Infranity as an investment analyst in the equity investment team. Manon holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Valentin began his career in 2019 with several internships in infrastructure investment at Ardian and CDPQ and then in M&A at DC Advisory. During his internships, Valentin worked on important transactions in Telecom infrastructure and in the transportation sectors in Europe. In February 2022, Valentin joined Infranity as an analyst within the investment team. Valentin is a graduate of the MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking of EDHEC Business School.

Jeanne Michon-Savarit began her career in 2003 as a market development manager at Daydream before joining Capgemini in 2007 as a consultant on energy transition issues, and then joining the industrial group Solvay in 2012 to design and implement a global energy efficiency program.
Jeanne first joined Groupe ADP in 2015, in the sustainable development department, where she was in charge of the company's energy and sustainable mobility policy, the definition and roll-out of the carbon neutrality roadmap, and the transversal steering of the energy management system. In 2019, she became Head of Energy and Environmental Services and was responsible for operations, maintenance, assets management and long-term infrastructure development for energy and water supply, wastewater and rainwater management, waste management and roadways.
Jeanne joined Infranity in 2021 as Head of Sustainability.
Jeanne holds a degree from ESCP Business School, a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (USA), and the École Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques.

Karan began his career in 2016 as a Project Engineer at Siemens in the Mobility Division, where he particularly worked for 2.5 years in operations and execution of several metro-electrification EPC projects across India. Before joining Infranity as a Sustainability Analyst in 2022, Karan pursued several internships in corporate finance and climate due diligence in the tech sector while completing his Master’s in management from ESSEC Business School. During these internships, he majorly worked on tech valuations and developing ESG methodologies for the tech transactions.
Karan will finish his Master’s in management from ESSEC Business School, specializing in corporate finance and ESG investing in June 2023. He also holds a Bachelor’s in Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, India.

Tuleen joined Infranity in 2023 as a Sustainability Analyst.
Tuleen began her career in 2020 as an ESG analyst, with experiences in several internships at French asset management companies such as Comgest and Sycomore Asset Management. In these roles, she conducted analysis on various sustainability topics for investee companies and contributed to developing sustainability methodology.
Prior to joining Infranity in July 2023, Tuleen worked as an ESG analyst at ISS ESG in the Second Party Opinion (SPO) division. In this position, she provided assessments to issuers regarding the sustainability quality of their Green, Social and Sustainability-linked debt market instruments’ frameworks, including their alignment with the EU Taxonomy regulation.
Tuleen is a graduate from Sciences Po Paris with a master’s degree in International Economic Policy, specializing in Environment & Sustainability.

Patrick joined the Geneva Association in 1998, after a career in capital market analysis and economic research. In January 2001, he was appointed Secretary General and Managing Director of the Geneva Association. In 2012, he was appointed Head of BlackRock's Financial Institutions Group (FIG) for Europe, Middle East and Africa and became a member of the FIG Global Executive Committee and the Global Institutional Client Leadership Committee. Patrick is the founder of the Chief Investment Officers Network, the Financial Directors Network, the Amsterdam Circle of Chief Economists and co-founder of the Chief Risk Officers Network in insurance, the World Risk and Insurance Economics Congress and the Silver Workers Institute. Patrick is a Professor of Risk and Insurance at Bayes Business School, City University, London and is also the author and editor of numerous books and over 150 articles and papers on insurance, investment, finance and economics. Patrick graduated from the Technical University of Darmstadt in electrical engineering and financial economics.

Nicolas started his career in 2002 as Client Service Officer covering French Institutional Investors at AXA Investment Managers. He then moved into a similar function at ADI Gestion, a Paris-based Hedge Fund for two years. Following that, Nicolas joined BNP Paribas Asset Management where he served investment consultants for more than 15 years. In that function, together with his team he was responsible for the management of relationships with investment consultants globally. He was then appointed Head of Investment Specialists for the Private Debt & Real Assets unit. In this function and together with his team, he was in charge of the marketing of BNPPAM Private Debt investment capabilities.
He joined Infranity in June 2022 as an Investor Relations Director. He is a Graduate of the Grenoble Ecole de Management in France from which he holds a Master in Business Management. He also holds a degree in Economic Sciences from the Tours Université.

Nohman became part of the Infranity team as an Investor Relations Director in 2023.
Nohman commenced his career at HSBC Asset Management, where he held various client management roles and established the Official Sector Institutions division. In this capacity, he managed strategic engagement with Official Institutions, including Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Public Pensions. Nohman also played a key role in developing sector-specific research and insights to facilitate strategic dialogues with the sovereign community globally.
In 2018 Nohman joined BlackRock as a Product Strategist, specializing in Quant Fixed Income strategies for four years. In his position, he engaged in fixed income portfolio discussions with institutional and wealth clients across EMEA and Asia.
Before joining Infranity, Nohman worked at DWS, where he served as a Product Specialist, leading the international commercial development of the Infrastructure Debt business.
Nohman studied Business & Finance at the University of Applied Sciences Aachen in Germany and holds qualifications as Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) and Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Amaury Debiard started his career in 2018 at Natixis Investor Managers as an RFP analyst for international clients, focusing on all Natixis IMs’ affiliates based in Paris.
In 2018, he joined ODDO BHF AM, as an RFP analyst for all listed products .
In 2021, Amaury joined Infranity as an RFP Manager within the Investors Relations team.
Amaury graduated in Management & Business Administration from IESEG School of Management and holds a master’s degree in finance.

Gaëtan started his career in 2017 at Natixis Investment Managers as an RFP analyst within the International RFP team. In 2021, he was appointed Head of Due Diligence, and became responsible for leading the firm response to international prospects and clients requirements, covering all of the asset classes managed by Natixis IM affiliates.
In 2023, Gaëtan joined Infranity as an Investor Relations Associate.
Gaëtan holds a master in Asset Management from Paris Dauphine University.

Samiye began her career in 1994 in the Debt Operations department of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets France that she later headed in her last three years, before joining Société Générale in 2003 as a management controller.
In 2006, she became Head of Business Support at BlackRock IM in Paris where she and her team were in charge of supporting BlackRock’s French retail and institutional investors.
In 2015, she joined TIKEHAU Investment Management as Head of Client Service where she implemented and managed the client service team, covering all clients of Tikehau IM invested in the company’s areas of expertise (private debt, real estate, private equity, and liquid strategies). In 2019, she became Head of Data Quality.
Samiye Durmaz joined Infranity in April 2021 as Head of Client Service.
Samiye holds a Master II in Finance from IUP in Caen and studied Economics at University of Orléans.

Gautier began his career in 2019 as a Client Services Officer within Natixis CIB in Paris where he was in charge of a portfolio of European Institutional Clients mainly focused on Asset Managers. He then oversaw outsourcing some of the Natixis CIB Client Services activity while ensuring the ramp-up of the offshore team.
In 2022 Gautier participated in the creation of the Natixis CIB Chief Client Office and was part of the Relationship Management team in charge of ensuring the global relationship excellence of a portfolio of European Corporate & Institutional client part of the CIB’s top tier client with a specific focus on French based Asset Managers.
In March 2023, Gautier joins Infranity as a Client Service Associate within the Investors Relations & Client Service team.
Gautier is a graduate from the Hult International Business School London and holds a degree from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL.

Stéphane started his career in 1997 as an analyst at a commodity trading company before joining Goldman Sachs International in 2000 as a sell-side equity analyst.
In 2003, Stéphane joined Dresdner Kleinwort where he was a sell-side credit analyst. He worked closely with the sales, trading, and DCM departments to ensure that investor and issuer objectives were met.
In 2007, he became Head of European Credit Research at Financial Security Assurance in London where he worked closely with the origination team to identify underwriting targets, assess their credit profiles and design structures and covenants in line with FSA underwriting criteria.
Stéphane joined Fitch Ratings in 2010 as a regional credit officer, before becoming Head of Transport and WBS infrastructure in 2015 and finally being appointed as Head of Alternative Infrastructure and Criteria in 2018.
Stéphane Buemi joined Infranity in 2019 as Chief Risk Officer.
Stéphane is a graduate of the European Business School in London and the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, now part of University College London. In addition, he is a CFA® Charterholder.

Camille started her career in 2013 as an apprentice in the infrastructure team at CNP Assurances, focusing on direct and indirect equity investments. In 2015, she joined Moody’s Investors Service as a rating analyst in the infrastructure and project finance team, covering a range of European issuers in the utilities sector. In November 2021, Camille joined Infranity as Vice President within the risk team. Camille is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Marco Valerio joined Infranity in 2023 as an analyst in the risk team.
Marco Valerio began his career in 2021 as a Corporate Finance intern in the Audit team at Deloitte and in the Corporate Finance team at KPMG. In 2022, he joined Moody’s Investors Service as a Ratings Associate Analyst in the Project & Infrastructure Finance team, where he covered a portfolio including some of the most important Italian utilities, multi-utilities, airports, and toll roads (Revenues up to €140bn).
Marco Valerio holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Luiss Guido Carli University.

Ahlam is the RCCI (head of compliance and internal control) at Infranity, in charge of identifying, formalizing, disseminating and controlling the internal policies and procedures. She provides assistance in training and regulatory monitoring, and gives prior opinion on new products and services. Her mission also includes that of ethics and Anti-money laundering officer.
Ahlam started her career in 2007 at REED Business Information before joining Société Générale in 2012. She then worked as a compliance officer at Crédit Mutuel Arkea and HSBC AM between 2012 and 2015. She joined Generali Group in 2015 as a compliance & AML officer for asset management activities of Generali Investments in France.
Ahlam is a graduate of the Sorbonne Paris Nord in Risk management and Paris-Dauphine University in Compliance and is a holder of the RCCI license issued by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

Justine began her career in 2017 at the private bank C.A Indosuez Wealth Management where she was a sales assistant and then Assistant Compliance Officer.
In 2020, she joined the consulting firm AGAMA where she worked for asset managers on internal procedures control and risk mapping missions. Justine joined Infranity in March 2021 as Compliance and Internal Control Officer.
Justine is a graduate of La Sorbonne Université in Paris.

Charline began her career in 2015 in the Inspection General department of La Banque Postale where she was carrying out investment banking and asset management audit missions. In 2019, she joined the consulting firm AGAMA where she was managing 18 internal control delegations, especially for asset managers specialized in Private Debt, Securitization & quantitative strategies. Her missions were also to assist her clients with regulatory reportings and regulator relationships. In June 2022, she joined Infranity, and is responsible for second level controls and recommendations implementation. Charline is a graduate of ISC Business School in corporate finance and UCP in audit and control of financial markets.

Gaetan Bidel joined Infranity in November 2023 as a senior Compliance and Internal Control Officer.
Gaetan initiated his career in 2014 as an internal controller at Generali Investments. Transitioning to Aviva Investors France in 2019, he assumed the roles of Compliance Officer and Operational Risk Officer, progressively expanding his responsibilities to encompass operational risk management and compliance advisory across various asset management domains, including Private Debt and Real Estate. With the integration of Aviva Investors into the Ofi Invest Group, Gaetan took on the role of Anti Financial Crime Officer for the liquid business segment.
Gaetan holds a degree in banking risks management and compliance from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.

Flora began her career in 2020 at the broker Kepler Cheuvreux in Paris where she was a Compliance Officer specialized in Investment Research, Equity Capital Market and Corporate Brokerage topics.
In May 2023, she joined Infranity as a KYC Due Diligence Analyst for debt and equity investments projects.
Flora is a graduate of Paris-Dauphine University in Financial Law and holds a double diploma in Management and Business Law from Skema Business School/University of Littoral Côte d’Opale.

Pierre began his career in the Istanbul office of Gide in 2005, advising French banks and industrial companies on their acquisitions and JVs. He then joined the Banking and Financial Regulatory team in Paris in 2006, where he advised institutional investors and financial institutions on domestic and cross border acquisitions and restructurings, fund managers on the creation of investment funds, and LPs in their investments into closed-ended funds.
In 2011, Pierre joined Clifford Chance as a senior associate in the Private Funds group, advising GPs on the structuring of pan-European investment vehicles and investor negotiations, with a particular focus on illiquid funds: real estate, infrastructure, debt and PE. He also developed a strong expertise in investment management regulations and was in regular contact with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
Pierre joined Aviva Investors Real Estate France as General Counsel in 2017, leading the real estate legal team and managing the legal and regulatory affairs of the real estate AIFs, assisting the fund management, investment and asset management teams on a broad range of transactions, adding a particular value on the tax and legal structuring of complex pan-European investment projects, supporting the sophistication of the business and the growth of AuM from EUR 3 to 8bn in 5 years.
Pierre joined Infranity in 2023 as General Counsel.
He is a graduate of the University Paris V (Maîtrise), the University of Poitiers (DJCE, DEA), the University of Cambridge (Gonville & Caius) and the Paris’ bar school (CAPA). He was admitted to the Paris bar in 2005.

Dominique started his career in 1990 as an auditor at EY before joining Dexia in 1993 where he spent 18 years. His various positions as an auditor, from Chief Risk Officer to Group Risk Manager and Group Audit Director enabled him to work in Brussels, New York and Paris. In 2011, he moved to AXA Bank Europe working as Chief Risk Officer and member of the Board of Directors.
After two years as a senior advisor with an NGO dedicated to the entrepreneurship of young people in the slums of south west Asia, Dominique joined the online investment platform LITA as a member of the investment board. He then co-founded the asset management start-up AlphaGEM in 2018 which specialises in fixed income strategies in the emerging markets.
Dominique is also a business advisor with the private equity fund Angelor, focused on eco-innovative companies in the energy and environmental sectors.
In 2019 he joined Infranity as Chief Operating Officer.
Dominique is a graduate of EDHEC Business School.

Yassine held various positions in the private equity and financial advisory fields, in the areas of Audit, Finance, Operations, Risk Management and Compliance. Prior to joining Infranity, Yassine served as a Risk and Compliance Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory in Paris and previously spent four years at Cathay Capital Private Equity in Paris, as a middle officer in charge of fund operations. Prior to Cathay, he was a financial auditor at PwC in Paris, working for top-tier asset managers in the private equity and private debt sectors as well as for mutual and hedge funds.
Yassine joined Infranity in 2020 and is currently Operations Director.
Yassine graduated with a master's degree in Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Marine started her career in 2011 as Operations Analyst at Natixis Investment Managers before joining Deloitte in 2014 as a consultant in Strategy and Operations, where she spent 8 years servicing the Financial Industry in Luxembourg, United States and France managing various projects, mainly to support successful/sustainable transformation, including Target Operating Model, Business Transformation and Project Management Office. In May 2022, she joined Infranity as Operations Vice President. Marine graduated with a master’s degree in Finance from IESEG School of Management.

Moncef started his career in 2013 as Manager Audit FSO at Ernst & Young in Paris with a focus on Insurance, Real Estate and Private Equities Companies.
In 2020, he joined AXA IM Real Assets as a fund finance and controlling manager. He was working on the finance oversight of a significant stake of the Fund’s new acquisitions, standing investments and development projects across Europe.
In March 2021, Moncef joined Infranity and is currently Operations Vice President.
Moncef is a graduate from ESTP school in Civil Engineering and Real Estate.

Rabii Denguir started his career in 2018 at Go Beyond Investing in Zurich as deal flow executive, assisting the management team on a variety of early-stage portfolio companies. In 2019, he joined the asset management business unit of KPMG Paris, auditing private asset funds and management companies.
In 2021, Rabii joined Infranity as Operations Associate.
Rabii graduated from University Pantheon Sorbonne Paris with a Master’s degree in banking and finance.

Valérie Kosthowa began her career in 1993 at Auxigem as an administrative assistant. In 1995, she joined Fortis Investment Management as an executive assistant and middle-office, where she was in charge of order and currency tracking, broker relations, and cash management.
Valérie joined Montpensier Finance in 2000 as an office manager/middle office. She worked alongside the administrative and legal departments.
In 2004, she joined Exela technologies as an executive assistant for the sales and marketing department. Valérie was also the link between the different departments of the company (national and international) and the marketing providers.
In 2018, Valérie joined Infranity as Office Manager.

Anne-Laure began her professional experience abroad in 2002 as a Restaurant Manager in London where she managed up to 40 people. She then traveled to Brazil in 2010, where she worked as a real estate agent in a local agency as well as a French personal teacher in international companies and for particulars. When she came back to France in 2016, she used all her competences to become an Office Manager and had her first experience in a Startup where she managed HR, administration and accountancy. In 2022, Anne-Laure joined Infranity as Office Manager.
